Yesterday I helped my friend, Courtney, make a birthday cake for her son.
We started decorating the cake at about 3:00pm
(the cakes were baked a few days before and frozen)
we finished the cake at about midnight.
(there was about a 3 hour break where I went home
to feed the kids, get them bathed and in bed)
It's always more fun to make a cake with a friend!
